Error Codes

When using the Phoenix application you may occasionally run into a pop window that looks like this:

This is what is known as an Error Code.

When you get one of these pop up windows, phoenix must be contacted and the issue(s) must be resolved on their end. Please do not attempt to force close the Phoenix application when you have an error code it may lead to other issues.

The easiest way to get in touch with Phoenix to have this looked at would be to be to call our Support number (1-833-656-1699) and following the menu prompts to get in touch with a Phoenix Solutions Representative. Dialing our support number first ensures that this call is logged in our system, and helps with problem tracking.
