Forwarding calls to another extension

Call Forward to another Extension

(Done at the phone)

Forward calls after a certain number of rings, i.e. after two rings if a call is not picked up it will forward to another extension.

Do not put your phone on DND as this will send all your calls to the voice mail before registering the call forward.

Add Call Forward

With the receiver hung up, press:

• #6031, the screen on your phone will now say CALL FORWARD TO
• Key in the Extension # you want to forward to
• Press 08
• Release

The screen should now say CF-NA 249-233 (Original Ext# - Forwarded Ext #)

To Remove the Call Forward

With the receiver hung up, press:

• #6051
• Release

And your screen should be back to normal with your name and ext.#
